MIJU is a young DJ from Serbia, currently residing
in Vilnius, Lithuania. MIJU guides her musical
direction by seamlessly blending in fractions of
breakbeat, electro, house and acid, accompanied
by melodic and minimal undertones. What
distinguishes her selection is her determination to
create the unexpected twists and turns which
resonate between the boundaries of old and new.
MIJU's sets are always playful and her main goal is
to push for that extra dance step. In her view,
electronic music is expression of freedom and
dancing is setting you free. She’s been dedicated
dancer and electronic music lover for years, and
this love grew into a desire to offer her selection to
the dancefloor.
MIJU’s been DJing for the past 2 years and already
became new blood of one of the best
clubs in North East Europe - Opium club based in
the capital of Lithuania, Vilnius. MIJU played in several festivals in Lithuania, Latvia, Serbia, Kosovo, Albania, Croatia and Montenegro.
