TRASE is a MC from The Netherlands active since '91. Went for his in 1997 after breaking up with his former band. TRASE stands for Things Really Ain't So Easy. TRASE in fact is his tagname which he came up with around 1989. TRASE originally started as a graffiti artist and was on a mission to pursue his own solo career and released his first product in 2001. The debut EP “The Encounta” attained favorable reviews. In 2002 TRASE worked on a project with several local artists and started working on another solo release. In 2004 “The Essentials” was released. After “Fase Of Transition” (2007), it wasn’t until 2012 when several albums were released; One EP followed by two albums. October 2013 saw the release of a collaborative album "Back In Prime Form". In 2017 TRASE released his seventh studio album “The Travels of TRASE TRONIK”. His latest release is entitled “Trophy Scars”, an EP entirely produced by Elgee da Beatdetonator and featuring Cee Major of The Proov.
