M0ngr3l (Joey Rivera) is a DJ in the San Francisco Bay area who works for Verducci Event Productions. The name M0ngr3l or cross-breed comes from his ability to mix multiple genres of music in one set. His first introduction to music was Michael Jackson but is currently influenced by Bassnectar, Major Lazer, SBTRKT, Pretty Lights, Gramatik, and Kill Paris. His favorite genres to play are Electro-Soul, and Dubstep.

Playing music out is his passion. He is constantly improving his skills in order to create a sonic atmosphere where people can relax, have fun, let go, and connect with each other. He feels that music will always treat you well, even at times when life does not.
