A group that hosted the biggest raves in New Orleans Louisiana and the Gulf coast usually at the "State palace" on Canal Street. Brought a number of very famous DJ's and made a stupid amount of money every Saturday for about 10 years, bomb ass parties where many young people developed a multitude of drug habits.
