At heart I am a moody broody songwriter who turned to comedy in 2020.... to cope. So now I am a muddled mix of weird 80s covers served cocktail jazz or lo fi to some supressed, dark songwriter? I started a DIY solo "variety" show with OBS and a lot of pent up energy & free time. I call it Cocktail Hour. See link below for the YT channel if you care to. Look at the play lists.. There you will find my alter ego "Melancholy Polly" who will ruin happy songs like.. "Happy", "Shiny Happy People" and "I Wanna Dance With Somebody". To Polly nothing is sacred. She wrecks em all with her shadows. So.. Will I pull the plug on Polly &get a day job? Or perhaps... bring it here? Not sure. I love doing this show but I need to make a living... & I am not sure if this is gonna work? Or could it? Is it possible? Let's find out. Or not.
