Property Hour is a weekly show that looks at property, housing and construction based issues, stories and problems. We deal with a wide range of topical issues that we investigate, we have help and advice shows including several programmes that make up a series and we also look at legislation and regulation within the sector which affects people connected to the industry as well as providing a broad political analysis from right across the spectrum.
We broadcast live every Thursday evening at 8pm for an hour as our name suggests! Our show is inclusive of all listeners whether you are connected to the industry or not. We look at issues from a wide range of different perspectives and our regular listener base includes landlords, tenants, investors, developers, people who work within the sector and the ‘average’ man on the street who has an interest in the subjects that we cover.
We regularly have expert guests on the show who help to provide an additional insight in to a topic.
