Born and raised in San Diego and growing up with disco, salsa, and classic Carlos Santana. Leonie had no doubt that she would have a love for deep house and bouncy grooves. Having the interest since age 18 to mix music, 2007 was the moment she knew this would be a part of her life . When covid hit, it gave Leonie the opportunity to put time into music that she deeply enjoyed and start practicing and mixing . She asked her closest dj friends for advice and gave her tips. Now she is part of Motive Artistry Music crew and continues mixing music and sharing music through her gigs in Austin, Texas.
