LGLZ (Alex Merritt) is an up and coming Deep House & Bass DJ/producer hailing from the north.

After less than a year in Manchester, LGLZ has infiltrated the UK scene, playing across cities & areas such as; London, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Nottingham & Stoke-on-Trent.

He has played alongside; DJ Sneak, Darius Syrossian, Breach, Hector Couto, A1 Bassline, Paleman, Heidi, Ryan Crosson, Santé, Sidney Charles, Hannah Wants, Eats Everything, MK & many more.

He currently holds residency in two cities; Manchester & Liverpool, at two clubs; South & Heebies Basement. Promotors such as Covert, Rum & Bass, Sankeys, Ouse, Exposure, Deeper, Mute, Subfaction, Dot. & more have had the chance to work with him so far.

His sets are known to be soulful, bass-weighted & uplifting, connecting the dots between Deep, Tech house & Bass.
