L. Marquee identifies himself as a musician, rapper, and record producer. He plays electric and acoustic guitar, bass, drums, mallet percussion, makes beats, and raps. Although his solo music consists mainly of Christian Hip Hop, he is skilled in working in other genres of music such as various sub-genres of rock, metal, and electronic music with jazz and blues influences. L. Marquee is an unashamed Christian who is not afraid to speak his mind on or off record and wants to inspire people to desire a relationship with God.
