After releasing their debut album "Spanish Disco", LEYYA seem to ride on a wave of success. Touring through Europe, playing the big festival stages and their hit "Superego" coming out of radios, TVs or movies. Their following release "Butter" proves, that the Duo doesn't rely on well-established methods, but reinvent their sound to create a new one.
"Consequence of Sound" refers to LEYYA's performance at "Iceland Airwaves" as one of the most exciting ones and Musikexpress calls their concert at "Eurosonic Nooderslag" the best one - with a motivation like that in their bags the challenge of the second album will be done easily.
There is one thing Leyya are not: predictable. The associations with a rather melancholic and dark sound are almost washed away, as the Austrian Duo expands their repertoir with their colourful new Single "Zoo". Detect a touch of India as well as Liverpool's beat in the late 60's.
