Krucial D first started listening to Drum & Bass in 2001. He was blown away by it's unique sounds and fat bass lines. In 2006, he purchased his first set of turntables to start spinning vinyl and he hasn't stopped spinning. First, as Status Quo he spun along side his partner DJ J Spall at small parties and local bars. Opening up for DJ's like Reid Speed, Freesteppa & Moving Fusion. Up until 2008, when he decided to go solo and now goes by the name of Krucial D.
Around this time he began to collaborate with fellow MIA member DJ Switchfadet to promote & support the local D&B scene. They also began hosting a radio show "Jungle Tactix" that you can catch live on everydayjunglist.com every other Saturday from 8-?
After 6 years in the game and a lot of hard work & dedication he is reppin MIA one of the longest running D&B movements in the US.
