DJ Kiva is recognized to be one of the most prolific psychedelic DJs in California. He began collecting and playing trance music in 1997 and has an intimate knowledge of the history and spirit of the sound. Kiva has shared the Los Angeles stage with almost every trance artist of note since he began his DJ career in 1999. Playing at premiere outdoor festivals such as Earthdance, Symbiosis Gathering, Moontribe, Burning Man Festival, and numerous outdoor events in the US. His motivations would land him playing abroad at world festivals such as, The Aeon Gathering 2014, Universo Paralello 2012, Morocco 2001 New Years Trance Festival in Canada and Central Asia. As a contributor to the culture for many years, he remains to be a heavy musical influence on California’s rich psychedelic trance community. In 2014, he was added to the talented and cutting edge group of artist and DJ's of Catalyst Records as a label DJ.
