Khan Givas, also known as Mr. Lover Boy or Legendary Lover, originally Gilivazio Akambamu is a Ugandan musician, songwriter, composer, producer, and entrepreneur based in Kampala, Uganda.

He is the founder of Hustlers Base Collaborations, an independent music and creative brand established to promote emerging talent and original African music.

Early Life

Gilivazio Akambamu was born in Mbarara, Uganda, and was raised by his strong single mother. His upbringing shaped his resilience, work ethic and passion for music. From an early age, he developed an interest in songwriting and performing, drawing inspiration from everyday life, relationships, and African culture.

Career

Khan Givas officially launched his music career in 2016 with the creation of Hustlers Base Collaborations. His music blends Afrobeat, Afropop, dancehall, reggae, and contemporary African sounds, often exploring themes of love, hope, perseverance and social awareness.
