Kee_ko

Kee_ko has been connected to music since 12 years old, when he convinced his parents to buy his first drums, and began to have lessons in a small music school on his home town . At the end of the 90’s, he started attending electronic music events in Lisbon, Portugal. It was then where he gained an incessant taste for dance music. By 2004, Kee_ko decided to get more involved in the music scene by doing promotions with some of the biggest promotional groups in Lisbon. As a result, he’s built a wide network of strong friendships in the music business and nightlife. Overtime, just doing promotions was not enough. In 2010, he started DJ-ing in his home. It was only a matter of time before he started getting gigs in Lisbon. In 2014, things started to get more serious for being a DJ. Thanks to the encouragement of his dear friend John-e, Kee_ko bought his first vinyl players, and fell in love with vinyl mixes. The influences of garage techno as well as the good vibes of house inspire him.
