KQBH-LP 101.5 FM began broadcasting in 2019 as a community service of the Boyle Heights Arts Conservatory (BHAC). Based in the historic 1924 Paramount Ballroom, the station reflects the artistic and cultural spirit of Boyle Heights. Since 2012, BHAC has offered free workforce education in creative arts, with KQBH serving as a platform for local voices and underrepresented communities.

Featuring over 60 diverse programs—live music, DJ sets, and social discussions—KQBH is also a hands-on training ground for sound engineering, radio production, and podcasting. It continues a legacy of grassroots creativity and activism, empowering youth to shape their own narratives.
