MY ANCESTRAL HISTORY:Haplogroup B4'5 is most common today among Native Americans of the U.S. Southwest and northern Mexico. Like the other major American haplogroups, it entered the continent more than 12,000 years ago from Asia, when lower sea levels allowed people to walk from Siberia to Alaska. The haplogroup is still found across Eurasia as far west as Iran.
