Killerwat has been performing at Carnival for more than 40 years. Our core values remain constant as the world changes. We play the music that the audience wants to hear. They are our number one priority. We want to make certain that we are always doing our part to ensure that Notting Hill Carnival remains a rewarding experience. The Killerwatt sound system plays across the board. We play reggae, soul, calypso, salsa, and all of today's hits! We focus solely on providing a good musical mix for the collective. whenever and wherever we play out.

We first appeared at the Notting Hill Carnival in the early 1970s and, naturally, have had a lot of 'firsts'. One of the first sound systems to play outside of the carnival itself, we first began on Tavistock Road, and later, we moved to All Saints Road, where we were the first sound system to ever play there as well. After five years of playing there, we were relocated to St. Luke's Road and haven't moved since.
