Johannes Uetzmann aka DJ Nerc was born and raised in Kassel. Very early in his life he got infected and influenced by the local club-scene, such as the A.R.M and mainly the legendary “ Stammheim”. At the age of 13, Nerc started to develop his passion, for playing and listening to electronic music, that lasts until today. He loves and “lives” powerful, forward-pushing Techno in it´s purest form. It is not unusual for Nerc to play sets that exceed 4 hours in length and take the crowd on a mind-blowing journey to “a higher state of consciousness”. At the beginning of his career he mainly played at small,underground and self-organized events.
