Some Friends of mine have decided that I should share my practice mixes. They're not great but you've been warned. I record these while I'm watching tv, Practicing for a gig, whatever. Just don't expect perfection. This is what I do to get my mind right. Everyone should have one thing that allows them to just get it out.
