Jaime Irvine A.K.A Jungle Trunk is a 21 year old producer from Durban, South Africa. He released his first single when he was just 15 years old and has since continued to develop his own unique sound of melodic and vocal techno.

Born in the small ski-resort town of Sun Valley Idaho, and moving back with his family to South Africa at 4 years old, Jungle Trunk was exposed to all genres of music from an early age in a home where music and live instruments were part of everyday life. As a kid, Jungle Trunk began to experiment with creative drum loops and by the age of 13, he had discovered the intricacy and uniqueness of electronic music. Influenced by artists like Stephan Bodzin, Lauren Mia, and ARTBAT, Jungle Trunk is starting to gain a foothold on his own style which resonates with the deeper and more melodic sub-genres of dance music.

Having only a handful of subscribers, Jungle Trunk’s 2016 bootleg remix of Jasmine Thompson’s “Adore You” has gained over 70,000 streams on SoundCl
