I've been. buying vinyl since the early 80's and then became interested in DJ'ing around 89/90, practicing on a friends Citronic belt driven decks and then bought a second hand set myself but soon moved onto buying a set of 1210's which I still own today.
I was lucky enough to play out in the 90's in multiple clubs in the Town I lived in and many parties whether they were legal or illegal.
I became a resident DJ for a couple of years at a Club in Leicester called the White Room where I mainly played in the bar area playing chilled breakbeat sets and in the main room on the odd D & B nights.
Moving on over the years I'm still buying vinyl and doing the occasional party but normally its playing a DJ set to the kids.
