Josh Powelson, aka JourneyDeep, is a Denver-based DJ and producer and founder of JourneyDeep Records. Created with the goal of growing a family of like-minded artists to give a platform to showcase their talents to, the label has grown to include artists such as Anthony Pappa, Barry Jamieson, Chris Cargo, Eli Spiral, Jamie Stevens, Kiz Pattison, Noel Sanger, Sean McClellan, Ivan James, and many others.
The last few years have seen Josh fixate himself as a regular selector in the Colorado house and techno communities, where he has gathered significant momentum. He has provided support for Azzecca, Adriatique, Dosem, Dance Spirit, Chris Fortier, Guy Mantzur, Loco & Jam, DJ Three, Tara Brooks, and has performed at Abraxxas, Bar Standard, Beacon, Beta, Club Vinyl, Church Nightclub, Sasha's 10yr LNOE @ Reelworks, Fusion Factory, Milk Bar, Release Studio, Thee Haus ov Where Gallery, 1134, and shared the decks with Anthony Pappa, Dave Seaman, Hernan Cattaneo, and Steve Parry at Incendia.
