Japes arrived on the Brum scene in 2019 after attending a Selextorhood workshop and it was love at first mix.
Japes has a show on Brum Radio - Nocturnes aired first Sunday of every month 7-9pm a mellow mix to escape the Monday fear.
She has had a busy first year getting several gigs with Selextorhood including warm up for Eclair Fifi, Jayda G & Carista to name a few.
Also playing at Tropical Soundclash a jazz, disco, afro night and picking up a residency at Attic Brew Co. - Japes and her Jazzy Bits.
Japes plays jazz, rnb, disco, hip-hop, afro, latin, house and all kinds of boppable beats.
