This is dance music, queer, electronic, dark, playful, healing. I love building sets that mix recent music with the retro gay bar music I grew up on. Dance music, house music, synth music and DJ music has been in my life since 1982. It's the most expansive belonging and rooted as well.
Before COVID, I was going through some hard times, like many, the pandemic made things surreally harder. During a time of isolation, and roughness, music has been medicine. Art, joy, life at night.
My goal is to keep creating, take lessons, and play in-person someday. I make club music history projects, run a Fantasy Gay Bar Playlist "League" and listen to everything.
