Johan Li is a Finnish DJ and electronic music artist with a career spanning nearly 30 years across melodic and progressive house, trance and techno. Starting in 1994–95 at the age of 15, he became part of Finland’s early dance music movement and, as a member of the eurodance act Base Project (Edel), shared stages with acts like Paradisio.

From 2000 to 2004, he founded and promoted the influential Clockwork clubnight in Seinäjoki, bringing together Finnish, UK and Scandinavian artists. In 2025, Clockwork celebrated its 25th anniversary, and Johan also opened Pitlane Club at Finland’s largest amusement resort, PowerPark.

Known for atmospheric, emotional and evolving sets, Johan crafts musical journeys that emphasize storytelling over trends.
