JoGa is the name of a style of Ibiza residents Jo Youle's Yoga classes on the white isla.

As a music journalist and DJ, Jo has access to exclusive remixes, white label promo's and new releases and as such developed her own unique style of classes to share her 3 big loves in life: Yoga, Music & Dance.

Jo uses music led classes to focus the mind and connect the body and breath into a rhythm, similiar to that of Vinyasa Flow...with a twist.

Music is not limited to one genre or style.

JoGa Beats is a spin-off, DJ led series of classes which Jo has now taken to the White Isle in ibiza.

Each week sees either a DJ or musician providing the soundtrack to class or a guest mix delivered exclusively to JoGa Beats.
