Hi Katz & Kittenz, I'm DJ Jivin' Jim Dandy, I live on the South Coast in Hove, Sussex, UK. I was born in the mid sixties to teenage rockers who raised me on Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash and all the classic Rock'n'Roll artists. My grandparents also introduced me to Swing music from an early age. By the late 1970s early 1980s I was listening to The Cramps and Stray Cats who were covering songs from all my favourite Rock'n'Roll performers. I started to DJ and spin the wax about 10 years ago in Brighton, soon I was being booked to DJ at many events. I also DJ at 1940s World War 2 events. I absolutely love watching people enjoy themselves and dance to the music I play. I'm a massive vinyl junkie and have a huge collection of records and 78s. I hope you enjoy my shows!
