Growing up in Calgary, AB, JediCheek showed an interest in music from a very early age, by the late 90s JediCheek had opened his horizons to Electronic music, attending raves every weekend while still in junior high school. JediCheek quickly became involved in the scene helping out where he could with the raves, and soon picking up tables of his own. With his love of dancing and heavy bass lines, his style evolved into a mix of Speed Garage Anthems. The release of his first mix Garage Sale, gave a glimpse of JediCheeks growing addiction to heavy bass music. Garage Sale 2 was equally as heavy focusing on a fresher style and more clever mixes.
In August of 2012, JediCheek was selected to compete in the 403DnB DJ talent search in Calgary, AB. After being selected as a winner, JediCheek is now rippin it up in the big clubs in the YYC, opening for serious talent like DC Breaks, Sub Zero, Tantrum Desire, Phantasy, Futurebound, TC, Nosia, Total Science and Spectrasoul.
