Having been a massive rock fan since pogoing round the room to my Dad's E.L.O. & Status Quo vinyl collection, (and wondering what King Crimson were banging on about), I've never really listened to anything else, (apart from a weird foray into Deep Trance which lasted for about 5 minutes).

Over the years, Rock Music has been the catalyst for so many long-lasting friendships and has also lead to working in the industry for 9 years... A period in which I was lucky enough to meet many a great band, and quite a few terrible ones(!). Having worked on the Metal-Is Radio Station with Sanctuary Music some years ago, I've always had this nagging feeling that "I'd quite like to do a show of my own". Join me every week, for a selection of Rock & Metal, both old and new, (but not what you hear on 'other' commercial rock stations!).
