My name is Javan Smith, but I go by the DJ name of simply...Mr Smith. I am from Camden Town, NW London. My musical introduction came from my Family who were either Djs, Record Shop owners, Singers, or MCees. Having moved to the Costa del Sol, I was part of a local radio station called Lick.fm, hosting shows such as Organik Beats & Rhymes, and Beatseekaz, which was centred around Funk, Hip Hop and Soul.
I am a resident DJ at the famous Puente Romano, where you can find me at La Plaza, Sea Grill, La Selva and El Chirinquito. I have also played at a variety of places such as La Suite - Brown Sugar, Sonora Beach, South Beach (Opening Festival), Maya, and La Catarina - Music venue, and in clubs in Tarifa.
