-Bio-
Jason Deal aka "dj Phi" has felt Music filling the beat of his pulse for as far back as he can recall. His love for Music and its influence on his life has taken many forms throughout the years - from singing in multiple choirs, to playing guitar with multiple rock bands, and most recently DJing & performing live Electronic Dance Music.

He started mixing vinyl records with friends in 2000, and accepted his first paid DJ gig in 2004. Since then he's played a variety of events & festivals all over the Midwest as 1/2 of the Tag Team duo "This Guy That Guy", and also held residency for 3+ years at the weekly EDM event "Fresh Mode" in his hometown of Springfield Missouri.

Current live setup includes: Native Instruments Traktor S4 MK3 + Traktor Pro 3, Reloop RP-7000 MK2 Turntables using Phase remotes, and a Maschine MK2 for live finger drumming and sampling.
