In 2014 eLeKicK was selected as one of 16 candidates for the Start 2 DJ Contest of national radiostation MNM. More than 200 people applied to participate. After winning their quarter finals, eLeKicK secured a decent 4th place in the semi finals. After the contest they received some mixtape requests from the same radiostation.

eLeKicK also won the LOKOmotion DJ Contest and the 24urenloop DJ Contest in Leuven in 2013. Because of this they got to open Alma 2 at the LOKOmotion party where Lisa Smolders, 2 Fabiola & Yellow Claw completed the line-up.
