A gifted musician, James Dymond has over 15 years experience of music, seamlessly picking up an understanding of classical piano, jazz saxophone and the guitar through his childhood to present day. In 2008, James started to produce electronic dance music as a hobby, then deciding to make a move into full time production in 2010.
James' first release came in April 2011 via ‘Mobile’ on Aoses Records, followed by releases and remixes on Digital Insomnia Recordings and Defcon Recordings. Working with one of the biggest Psy-trance producers and DJ’s of the 90s, ‘Darshan’, James’ production knowledge and quality excelled, with tracks then quickly signed to Mondo Records and Unearthed Records. The release of ‘System Situation’ on Mondo Records gave James credibility in scene with support from Aly & Fila, Kyau & Albert and a feature on 7 Skies ‘Anjunabeats Worldwide’ radio show. Further support has followed from Armin van Buuren, Gareth Emery, Ralphie B and Pedro del Mar to name just a few.
