James launched his career in the music industry as a radio DJ for 97.6 Chiltern FM in the late 90s. It wasn’t long before his innovative and fresh style of presenting got him noticed in London where he worked with Heart FM before becoming a highly successful live TV presenter and the face of TOPSHOP TV throughout the noughties.
He continued DJing for Topshop until their close and has worked with some big names such as Judge Jules, Zane Low, Chase and Status, Shorty Blitz, DJ Luck & MC Neat, Jaguar Skills and Clara Amfo.
Having cut himself a name as a highly respected DJ throughout London’s top bars and clubs James has played at many venues including Bounce, Coppa Club, Depot, Dirty Martini, Embassy, Grace, Heaven, Jewel, Paper, PRYZM, Sterling, Sushisamba and TigerTiger.
He is also an accomplished awards ceremony and fashion events DJ with a list of clients that include River Island, French Connection, Schuh, Timberland, REISS, Whistles, Jack Wills and Benefit Cosmetics.
