Born and raised in Miami, FL, JRoc is a versatile DJ with foundations in Breaks, Bass, DnB, Trap and House. Growing up in Miami in the early 80's, JRoc was exposed to the early days of Miami Bass with artists such as Gucci Crew II, Aftro-Rican, Quad City DJs, 2 Live Crew, Poison Clan, DJ LAZ and Dynamix II. He first stepped behind the decks nearly 20 years ago and began DJ’ing underground after parties and local events across South Florida. After a brief hiatus he began working the local South Florida scene with event production brands such as Culture Productions, Shady Teez, 808 Life, and Breaks Yo!

Currently JRoc has been extremely focused in the studio working on developing his sound and brand. JRoc brings a unique flavor of old school bass, breaks and D&B that defies stylistic definition.
