My Techno journey started in earnest with N.E.A.U. in Manchester, N.H. in 1993, and in 1994 the summer of the "Commercial Street Warehouse Parties" all by way of a friend's introduction. That collection of weirdos would eventually become N.E.W. around 1996. We had a good relationship with the Sonic Groove crew as well, who where responsible for the infamous Storm Raves events two year prior in NYC. From 1999 to the mid 2000's a good friend of mine and I did a monthly club night in Lawrence, MA, threw a few epic New Years Eve events, and a few one-off Techno parties that were bangers.
I love Techno, and DJing is a ways for me to interact and experiment, to be creative, and ultimately share a Techno experience, as that is the essence of the genre. I do not charge or expect any money for playing a Techno event, or to guest a Techno broadcast/podcast. For the love of Techno, and no other reason.
