Regarded as the listeners’ “Favorite DJ”, Andy Leung's DJ residence at Spectrum International Radio has also gained him an enormous UK-based audience. His weekly show was the first to focus on Chinese youth culture in Britain, and pioneered a new generation of broadcasters and media personalities.
Andy Leung first appeared on the music scene with the band Introducing – a 10 piece band remaking DJ Shadow’s seminal debut album Endtroducing note-to-note. His iconic solo on the track Organ Donar captivated the attention of online communities.
In 2011, he was the youngest composer to be selected for the New Music 20 x 12 - to compose and perform a piece for the London Olympics 2012 as part of the Cultural Olympiad.
