Bootcamp Pilates Feature

We checked out Bootcamp Pilates at Old Street to see what they've been getting up to in the new studio.

They host a range of classes to get you pumped and reformed all in the space of a lunch break. Normal classes run for around 45mins with express classes taking just 25mins although we're told they are pretty killer.

After attending a class Hoxton Radio caught up with Korin who teaches at the Shoreditch studio just off City Road, we also chatted to a few attendee's who had just completed the class to hear what they thought.

Bootcamp Pilates is the ultimate solution to get rid of flab and excess weight from your body. I highly suggest it as it can provide you with all the methods you wanted. I personally want their Reformer Pilates as it helps me get fit in the best possible way. Thumbs up for Bootcamp!
