Lloyd Phamela Hlungwani also known as Mr Carter founder and managing Director of Housemonkey Music was born and Bred in a remote town (Malamulele) located in the Northern part of the Kruger National Park in Limpopo.

Having been raised in a family of music lovers Lloyd also known as Mr Carter had an ear for sound and music at a very tender age which led to him falling in love with Music in general. Lloyd has chosen to listen to his musical instincts and focused on learning how to utilize virtual software to craft and pioneer the sounds he had in his mind into a fully recorded song, fortunate enough he had the support from his older brother (Tiyani Hobyani) who was so into music production and still prevails to date.

After some time learning and understanding how to use virtual software to create and pioneer his sounds into a song, Lloyd decided to venture into the industry and by so doing he landed himself a Distribution deal with one of Durban’s upcoming Digital record
