I'm a Black man, Christian, father and musician. My musical influences come from my attempts to understand myself as an African in the diaspora. I draw inspiration from the Soul and R&B music of my childhood, the Hip-Hop of my youth, and the strong love for Carribean culture I developed in my adulthood. I began DJ'ing in the early 90's as a college student at the University of Colorado at Boulder. This led to my involvement in over 60 Colorado shows and various groups of musicians thoughout the 90's culminating with performances at Red Rocks Amphitheatre for Reggae on the Rocks in '99 and '00 and Westword Award for Best Local Recording in '03 as a member of Heavyweight Dub Champion. Since 2015, I have worked as a Salsa dance instructor at Simone Salsa in Tampa, FL.

My DJing is designed to shake booties and free minds. We're gonna vibe off our favorite monster jams while challenging listeners to explore new artists and musicians. We are forging a culture that respects all.
