Dj Matt James and Dj Martin Mayer are collectively known as Horizon:UK. Matt and Martin came together in the early 00's and shared a love for Trance and House music. During this time FH:UK (Funky House:UK) was born. FH:UK, as the name implies, focused on funky house mixes spurred on by the Hed Kandi generation which saw Matt and Martin mix in their usual back-to-back battle style. After a break Matt and Martin got back together in 2020 and brought FH:UK back. Due to a shared love of Trance and a burning desire to bring it back, FH:UK was renamed Horizon:UK allowing Matt and Martin to share their love for Trance along with other music genres. Trance, both classic and new, will always be in their hearts.
