I finished the STARS Program, an affiliate of the PERC Program in Clearwater, Florida, USA, August 23. Originally aimed to reach citizens released from serving sentences, now made into a wider platform, reaching to the unemployed, the low income, military veterans, financially overburden population, the emotionally overburden and making connections for everyone.
