Hit Refresh was created and is funded by DJ Strat3gy's production company Don't Look Down. It features a roster of famous and unknown local and international DJs handpicked by DJ Strat3gy, who anchors the series by appearing once month for what may be the only decade-long DJ residency on TV in the world.
