During 2012 a concept was created that would celebrate what is arguably the most innovative and successful genre of music. A genre that continues to evolve, creating sub genres, that captures the minds of generation after generation, that holds no geographical boundaries and doesn’t discriminate by race, colour or sexuality.

That genre is House Music and that concept was History of House Music!

Launching with its first event in March 2013, History united 6000 like minded clubbers of all ages under one legendary roof. That roof was non other than Bowlers, the only venue fitting for such an event having carved out its own piece of house history over the last 4 decades

The launch event produced the fantasy line up and which drew a capacity crowd from across the north and beyond, firmly positioning History of House Music as Bowlers most successful event to date....fact!
