High In The Mix is a weekly 2 hour show about bands that shape our lives and the tunes they have built from the road. REALLY THE LIVE MUSIC EXPERIENCE. We will also play plenty of BANDS AND specifically jam bands - the newer stuff in the scene and everything in between. We explore the songs and the times that shape these bands with context for you to listen wherever you are (hopefully heading to your next show!). Side projects, one offs, and audience recordings are all in play. You will get your perfect dose of bands that DO IT LIVE, improvise and create on the fly. I play live tracks and not live.... maybe some bands you didn't know that jammed? Maybe what you want to hear? AND PLENTY OF PEOPLE AND BANDS THAT HAVE INFLUENCED THE JAMBAND SCENE. Like the bands we highlight --- this is all about the community that supports them and goes to see them!!
