I have been a DJ for some years now, both back home in Brighton and then later in Nottingham, where I now live. My DJing apprenticeship was spent in Brighton and London clubs during the late 90s and early 2000s - this is where my love of DJing started.

Moving to Nottingham introduced me to breakbeat and drum & bass, and my record bag moved towards edgier and darker sounds. Mingling with other DJs through bookings or parties made me want to seek out new creativity with a pair of decks and a mixer, and so I began to teach myself how to scratch.

I played out under the guise of Hankus and HankyDecksterous for many years, and as part of a duo called DecktroFunk with my very close friend, and DJ buddy, Chris Smith.

These days I'm just happy to put together mixes of some of my favourite tracks from any genre or era - I hope you enjoy :)
