I started DJ ing when I was eleven I used to use two tape decks (one with a pitch control) and a mic to make mix tapes. I was first on the school bus run and the coach driver used to let meplay my tapes on the coach on the way to school. My Dad was a DJ and had some hideous old school twin record decks covered in ace orange carpet and a great if scratched record collection, I started djing viynl for school discos - 80s stuff to start with. Then came the rave scene I started buying dance music on viynl in 1989-90. The rest is history as they say I have played at countless free festivals, parties and night clubs.
