Facilitating regular Ecstatic Dance since 2024, has deeply shaped my belief in the power of free-form movement — the kind that releases, nourishes, and renews vital energy.

Before DJing, I love to explore different embodied practices such as 5 Rhythms and Contact Improvisation, which opened a path for me toward authentic and liberating body expression.

I love to see Ecstatic Dance as a sacred space — a collective ritual where music awakens our inner archetypes, inviting us to inhabit new ways of being, feeling, and connecting.
