Hello Feeva, thanks for the msg mate. Like I say, it just came together. Every mix I've ever done on here is never planned (except about the three or so I did with my brother). The process is thus: I just buy a bunch of tunes that appeal, pick a start tune, and then just go from there ; I have half an idea of what the next tune should sound like, and just cue up until I find one. If you were to look at my library, you'd see that it has no start/cue points, music keys, bpm's, and it certainly doesn't have any sync keys. So used to being a vinyl dj I just never bothered to learn all the tricks when I changed up to serato. It was always a means to an end just to post a mix. I am slowly getting fully digital soon though; my mate(wedding dj) has a pair of cdj nexus that he wants me to look after whilst he's not gigging, so yes mate, watch this space, I might get dragged kicking and screaming digitally fully soon. All good bro, we all have our own ideas/attitudes to mixing. That's what I love, to the uninitiated it is just putting 2 tracks together ..but of course it is so much more than that .
