Groovewerks is a Dutch DJ based in Singapore with more than 25 years behind the decks. Starting out with a basic CD setup at the age of ten, and later learning to mix on vinyl and CD players long before waveforms and beat sync, the fundamentals of DJing have always remained at the core.
The Groovewerks sound moves across Tech House, Progressive House, Latin House, Bass House, Vocal House and EDM, with one common thread: groove. Expect strong basslines, recognizable vocals and melodies, often through remixes, bootlegs and reworks rather than the obvious originals. Sets range from laid-back cocktail bars and rooftops to high-energy clubs and main stages. Over the years, Groovewerks has also shared lineups with Hardwell, Sidney Samson and Bassjackers. Now based in Singapore and available for bookings.
